Whelp. It’s the last full week of June, and the first full week of Cancer season. Welcome to slow crab summer!
This week is pretty chill astrologically, but it is the last week before Mercury stations retrograde, so you may want to tidy up any loose ends that require detailed communication to go smoothly — finish those travel plans, book those tickets, complete any contracts, have the conversations with family you may have been avoiding, follow up on maintenance requests, tidy your space — juuuuuust in case things get squiggy next week.
Mars moves into Gemini on Sunday — reminding us that “puzzle” is a verb. It’s a great time to… Research a new solution to an old problem! Social butterfly like it’s an extreme sport! Finally go to that library or museum you’ve been meaning to check out!

What detail-oriented things are on your personal admin list that you could knock out this week? How could you make doing these things a little bit more fun and less perfect? One of my favorite tricks is to set a timer for 15 mins and see how far I can get with a “first draft” of whatever it is. And then ask myself… what if this draft is actually a final draft? Could this version get the job done? (Usually, annoyingly, the answer is YES.)
What would you like to learn about just for fun? What kinds of puzzles or problems do you enjoy solving?
